Wedding vendors

The office your wedding business never had

Listing marketplaces sell you the lead and leave everything after it to you. Lekhita runs that everything: event-date bookings, advances and balances, crew attendance, and the invoices. 0% commission, no per-lead fees.

Bookings that are dates, not time slots

A wedding booking is a date, not a 30-minute appointment. Lekhita's calendar is built around the event date, so 14 November means 14 November: blocked, priced, and visible a season ahead.

Advance and balance, in writing

Book with an advance, record each payment as it comes in, and the balance is always on screen — so "kitna baaki hai?" has one answer, not three. Being exact: it is a running received/pending ledger, not a schedule of dated installments that chases itself.

Collect by UPI — 0% commission

Payments go straight to your bank account by UPI. Lekhita never holds your money and never takes a percentage of a single shaadi.

Crew attendance, day by day

Your crew — second shooter, lights, helpers — as records, with attendance marked day by day and a month calendar that shows the season's pattern. Assigning a specific crew to a specific booking is not built yet; attendance is by date, not by event.

Tax invoices when clients need them

Corporate clients and big venues want a proper tax invoice; family clients want a clean bill. Lekhita does both — add your GSTIN and bills carry the SAC code, place of supply and the tax split. The invoice number is not a compliant serial yet; the GST guide says exactly what is and is not there.

Every wedding trade, ready to start

Photographers, makeup artists, decorators, caterers and mehndi artists onboard with starter catalogues for their trade — edit your rates and you are taking bookings the same day.

Built for the season, not the slot

Wedding work is seasonal, high-ticket and paid in parts. The tools below exist because a salon app cannot run a shaadi.

Inquiry → booking, before they go cold

Season inquiries come in bursts, on WhatsApp, at midnight. Get each one into Lekhita as a customer with a tentative date, and follow up from a list instead of scrolling chats.

The season, on one screen

November to February is 60–80 working days. See which dates are booked, which are held on a small advance, and which are still open — before you double-book a Saturday.

Installments collected on time

The gap between "booked with ₹10,000" and "paid in full" is where wedding businesses bleed. Every booking shows what is still owed, and a WhatsApp reminder with a UPI link is two taps away — you send it, nothing goes out on its own.

Leads are expensive. Running them should not be.

Keep taking inquiries from wherever they come — marketplaces, Instagram, referrals. Lekhita is not a marketplace and never charges per lead or per booking: it is the book where your season, your money and your crew are written down.

Early-access honesty

Reminders today are tap-to-send on WhatsApp — automatic scheduled reminders are being built during early access. And Lekhita will not bring you leads; it makes sure the ones you win are booked, collected and staffed without leaks.

Set up before the season does

November's dates are booked in September and October. Free while in early access — put this season's bookings in writing. Ten-minute setup guide.
